If someone in your organisation, community, or business was in the midst of a mental health crisis or experiencing an emerging mental illness, would you know what to do?

accredited to deliver an award winning and internationally recognised Mental Health First Aid®courseS for over 11 years.

Would you know how to assist someone with a developing mental health issue or in a crisis situation such as having suicidal thoughts and/or behaviours?

Why do you need to learn Mental Health First Aid?

Mental health issues are more common than you think. In Australia about 1 in 5 people will suffer a mental health condition. It is very important that as members of the public we are able to learn ways to assist someone developing a mental health problem or who is in a mental health crisis.

Mental health emergencies can strike anyone at anytime, although many people are able to recognize the issue and may try to help, without proper training and support sometimes it can make someone feel helpless when a crisis situation occurs.

Whether it is for yourself, family, community or the workplace, becoming a skilled mental health first aider is the best investment you can make.

What you will learn on the Mental Health First Aid Course?

Mental health first aid is an evidence-based training course authored by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Australia and delivered by accredited MHFA Instructors across the country and in selected countries overseas.
